<strong>GROUP:</strong> SAGE Canada</p>

<strong>Description</strong><br />
SAGE Canada Program Development Managers act as the main contact point between SAGE<br />
Canada and high school SAGE teams. SAGE Canada Program Development Managers work to develop<br />
their respective SAGE high school teams while improving SAGE Canada overall. SAGE Canada Program<br />
Development Managers:</p>
<ul>
<li>Act as the main point of contact between SAGE high schools teams and SAGE Canada</li>
<li>Offer feedback and advice on high school SAGE initiatives including projects, presentations and<br />
sustainability</li>
<li>Ensure all SAGE Canada resources are easily accessible by participants</li>
<li>Assist in overall high school program growth by developing new partnerships, communicating<br />
the team vision, helping high school teams set long term goals, etc.</li>
<li>Remain in regular contact with other VP Program Development</li>
<li>Provide updates on SAGE team progress on a weekly basis to the VP Program Development</li>
<li>Determine the needs of SAGE high school teams and offer assistance when necessary</li>
<li>Conduct brainstorming sessions on how to improve initiatives and ideas for new initiatives</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Ability to lead and work within a team</li>
<li>Strong oral communication and writing skills</li>
<li>Demonstrates professional behaviour</li>
<li>Ability to network</li>
<li>Passionate about entrepreneurship, innovation and experiential learning</li>
<li>Experience as a SIFE project manager is preferred</li>
<li>Willingness to travel within the Greater Toronto Area</li>
</ul>
