Description
SAGE Canada Program Development Managers act as the main contact point between SAGE
Canada and high school SAGE teams. SAGE Canada Program Development Managers work to develop
their respective SAGE high school teams while improving SAGE Canada overall. SAGE Canada Program
Development Managers:

• Act as the main point of contact between SAGE high schools teams and SAGE Canada
• Offer feedback and advice on high school SAGE initiatives including projects, presentations and
  sustainability
• Ensure all SAGE Canada resources are easily accessible by participants
• Assist in overall high school program growth by developing new partnerships, communicating
  the team vision, helping high school teams set long term goals, etc.
• Remain in regular contact with other VP Program Development
• Provide updates on SAGE team progress on a weekly basis to the VP Program Development
• Determine the needs of SAGE high school teams and offer assistance when necessary
• Conduct brainstorming sessions on how to improve initiatives and ideas for new initiatives

Qualifications

• Ability to lead and work within a team
• Strong oral communication and writing skills
• Demonstrates professional behaviour
• Ability to network
• Passionate about entrepreneurship, innovation and experiential learning
• Experience as a SIFE project manager is preferred
• Willingness to travel within the Greater Toronto Area
