Description

The Member Development Program at SIFE Ryerson ensures organizational sustainability and effective knowledge transfer. The program seeks to assist all members of SIFE Ryerson in achieving their personal and professional development goals by providing training, education, and support .SIFE Ryerson’s Member Development Program works with each SIFE Ryerson member to ensure they achieve their goals during their time with SIFE. The program includes one-on-one mentorships, Step-Up Nights and personalized Development Plans.
