Biographical Sketch
Stewart is a doctoral candidate in strategic management at the Rotman
School of Management at the University of Toronto. He has an MBA from
Rollins College, Florida and a Bachelor of Bio-Medical Sciences from the
University of Toronto. The focus of Stewart’s research is corporate
governance and institutional change. Stewart’s most recent journal
article is *The Evolution of Corporate Governance; Power
Redistribution Brings Boards to Life”, published in Corporate
Governance; an International Review. He has held positions as senior
consultant, director of operations, business analyst and contract
researcher, and ran his own communications company.
