ENT 501 Family Business in Canada
“As a student at Ryerson my favourite aspect of this course was the one-on-one interview that I had with the CEO of a family business.” Students will learn very quickly the competitive advantages and challenges of the many family businesses in Canada. When students interview an existing family business they get real feedback on issues such as leadership, family structure and succession planning. “It amazed me how few family businesses participate in effective long term planning.” Students will gain a great deal of theoretical knowledge which is complimented by some successful and captivating guest speakers.
