SIFE is an international non-profit organization that brings together student leaders to create a better, more sustainable world through the positive power of business. SIFE operates in over 40 countries with the involvement of 1,500 college and university campuses. Students form teams on their university campuses and apply business concepts to develop outreach projects that improve the quality of life and standard of living for people in need. By contributing their talents to projects that better the lives of people worldwide, SIFE participants demonstrate that individuals with a knowledge and passion for business can be a powerful force of change.

SIFE Ryerson provides opportunities for students to gain hands-on experience and generate personal and professional success. We contribute our time and knowledge to collaborate on innovative projects that improve the lives of people in the community. Participating students gain valuable real world experience that sets them apart as top recruits when they enter the work force.

SIFE Ryerson creates customized solutions that better the community through the positive power of business. We are more than just a student group and our initiatives go beyond the campus. We work with people from around the globe, giving them the skills, knowledge and resources they need to improve their lives. Since 2005, our award winning programs have addressed the specific needs of every audience we work with:
StartMeUp is a customizable program that empowers entrepreneurs to start and expand their businesses by providing education, resources and funding.
Start Smart is a scalable financial literacy education program that helps participants gain financial Independence.
SAGE Canada is an international network that links high school students with opportunities to make the world a better place by creating and implementing innovative projects, and fostering youth entrepreneurship.
