The role of the Arts Faculty Delegates are to support the integration of the Arts Faculty Development Program into the Arts Faculty.
- To assist in whatever way possible with any aspect of the Arts Faculty Development Program deemed important by them.
- To attend all the Faculty Development Program events, contest and other such aspects of the program.

- Enrolled at Ryerson University in the Arts Faculty
- Good listener
- Communication skills
- Eagerness to learn
- Open-minded
- Works well in teams

- Good time management
